The head of Victims of Human Rights Organization, Nasser al-Hawari, has refused to prosecute the International Criminal Court, Dr. Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, accusing it of being politicized and subject to the will of major countries.
Al-Hawari said in a post on his personal account on the social networking site “Facebook”, monitored by “og”: “As a citizen and human rights and interested in justice, I categorically reject the trial of Saif al-Islam Gaddafi before the International Criminal Court.
He continued: “The justice of the International Criminal Court is false and the Court is politicized and subject to the will of the permanent permanent member of the Security Council. every Libyan Sharif should reject all efforts to prosecute Saif al-Islam, Abdullah al-Senussi and others before the International Criminal Court.
